Refund policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for either an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Services team straight away.

When returning an order, please ensure it is securely packaged and sent back using a tracked or recorded delivery service. Email us on hannah@thekitclub.com to let us know a return is on its way.

We are unable to exchange or refund items that have been used or damaged, and we regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded.

All products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of receipt for any manufacturing faults.

Please note that personalised items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
