Meet the founders 

The Kit Club started in 2025 with one simple mission: to make gifting joyful, personal and beautifully considered.

We’re Hannah and Iona; two friends, two busy mums and between us we've both always loved giving presents (far more than receiving them!) and get a real spark of joy from thinking up the perfect thing for someone special. But life is busy, and between work, babies, families, friends, birthdays and everything else going on in our heads, finding that perfect gift isn’t always quite so easy. 

That’s where The Kit Club comes in. We want to be your go-to for thoughtful, brilliant gifts that feel personal without adding another thing to your to-do list.

Hannah started The Kit Club (named after her first son, Kit) after years working for some of the UK’s best-loved retailers, including Selfridges, The Wedding Shop, Not On The High Street and, most recently, Noble Macmillan. Along the way, she fell in love with British craftsmanship and the idea of giving something beautiful that can be treasured for a lifetime.

Personalised gifts are a particular passion — whether it’s a name, initials or a meaningful date, there’s something so special about creating a one-of-a-kind piece that tells a story.

Iona brings a slightly different perspective, having spent several years working in food buying and sourcing. She worked for small start-up businesses in London and ended up at Fortnum & Mason, and later moved to Somerset to work for Teals, where she continued in food sourcing and product development.
