📦 Shipping & Delivery

Beautifully wrapped, carefully sent
Every Kit Club order is hand-packed with care so it arrives ready to delight — whether it’s for you or a gift for someone else.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery – £2.95, free on orders over £100. Usually arrives within 3–5 working days.

Express Delivery – £6.95. Arrives in 1–2 working days when ordered before 1pm.

We use a courier for same day London deliveries, starting from £6. We will use this automatically if you are in London to get your deliveries to you as fast as possible. 

International Delivery
We’re delighted to ship worldwide. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that local duties and taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way. If your order is personalised it may take longer, please email us for exact time frame.

Gifting
Sending straight to the recipient? We can include a handwritten note on your behalf. Simply add your message in the gift message box in your basket.

Delays
During especially busy times (Christmas, launches, sales) deliveries may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, just get in touch at hannah@thekitclub.com and we’ll sort it for you.
